If the Client consents, the data provided may be used by the Controller for marketing purposes related to its own products and services or for marketing third-party products and services, as well as for monitoring website traffic (profiling).

Personal data collected through various forms available on the website will be processed by the Controller for the time necessary to provide free materials or service quotations, for the duration of business negotiations leading to the signing of a contract (but no longer than one year from the date the Client receives a business offer), and further for the duration of contract execution or service performance, as well as for the period during which the Controller is required to retain sales documents.

Personal data collected through forms on the Controller’s website is processed based on the person’s consent (Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR), as well as when the processing of such data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for taking steps at the data subject’s request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR).
  11. At any time, the Client of the Controller may withdraw consent for the processing of personal data. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out by the Controller based on consent before its withdrawal.

Rights of Website Users

    a. Has the right to obtain confirmation from the Controller as to whether their personal data is being processed, and if so, has the right to access such data and obtain the following information:

    2. The categories of personal data concerned;
    3. Information about the recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data has been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organizations;
    4. Where possible, the planned period for which personal data will be stored, or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;

    8. Has the right to request the Controller to promptly rectify inaccurate personal data concerning them;
      c. Has the right to request the Controller to promptly delete their personal data under specified circumstances;
      d. Has the right to request the Controller to restrict the processing of their data;
      e. Has the right to receive, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, the personal data concerning them that they have provided to the Controller;
      f. Has the right, in specified cases, to transfer such personal data to another controller without obstruction from the original Controller;
      g. Has the right to object to the processing of their personal data;
      h. Has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing of their personal data, including profiling.
  1. The personal data Controller ensures the exercise of the above-mentioned rights in accordance with the provisions of GDPR.
